Cork Ultimate now available for FsX

Eiresim Scenery Design announces the release of 'Cork Ultimate' for FSX and FS2004. Made to the highest level of detail and accuracy, Cork Ultimate is the most realistic release to date from the Eiresim Team.

It is the first Irish Airport to include high detail 20cm/pixel aerial imagery that captures Cork Airport in all its glory.

Attention to detail has been the key behind developing Cork Airport and all airport structures have been included with the scenery, including the nearby Business Park in its entirety.

Irish Celebration Event

Irishvirtualpilots have joined up with Éiresim & VATeir to fly from Dublin(EIDW) to Shannon(EINN) on Sunday 2nd May from 1700Z, with both airports fully manned, along with enroute ATC.

This is a celebration of Éiresim scenery, VATeir's 10th birthday and the launch of Irishvirtualpilots. You can fly any plane, and since it is an Irish event we would like you to fly under an Irish callsign (examples below). If you can't fly an Irish callsign don't worry, everyone is welcome, come along for a fun bank holiday weekend trip to a sunny Shannon!

And thanks to Éiresim, 1 lucky pilot taking part in the event will also have the chance to win a copy of their scenery!

Shannon Ultimate now available for FS X

Eiresim Scenery Design announces the release of 'Shannon Ultimate' for both FS2004 and FS X. Made to a high level of detail and accuracy, this scenery is the first version ever made for Shannon Airport Ireland. This scenery captures the airport in all its glory. Includes plenty of animation and effects, all the buildings, extremely detailed ground markings, interactive air bridges and stunning night effects.

The airport covers 2000 acres on the rugged west coast of Ireland on the Shannon Estuary, beside Foynes where flying boats once commenced their voyages. The main runway is 3200 metres and there are 30 stands.

As part of this release, Eiresim like to announce a merger with Irish Flight Sim Design who have co-developed this release (Nick Whittome & Graham Smith). IFSD have extensive experience in scenery products for Microsoft Flight Simulator dating back to 2002 and IFSD will now exist under the Eiresim brand.

After many years of being neglected, Dubln Airport has been completly remodeled with up-to-date precision. This is Eiresim's very first release and proves to be one of the most detailed scenery on the market with all current buildings including Pier D, T1 Extension and Terminal 2. It is now both FS2004 and FSX compatable!
